Culture: get everyone moving in the right direction…and loving it

Peter Drucker is credited with saying, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” In the Flow Leadership Framework, we have updated that quote to “Culture eats everything … for breakfast, lunch and dinner.”

Culture is one of the most abstract concepts with which we work every day in organizations. In this session, Andrew brings this topic right down to the street-level of how to continuously guide the organization’s cultural journey. Flow is a new concept on the cutting edge of leadership and it is your road map on how to redefine your organizational leadership and culture.

Flow's definition of culture includes: Vision, Mission, Purpose, Core Values & Attitudes, Strategy(s), and Goals & Objectives. You will learn how to use these to create a sustainable, high-performance culture within your organization and how to boost your, your team’s and organization’s productivity with the Flow Leadership Framework.
