Carsten Lützen is working as an Agile Coach at the LEGO Group, where he practices his love for helping teams, liberating structures, coaching, and of course dad jokes.
Carstens background is a m.sc. in Computer Science, but he quickly learned that what makes his heart tick is to help teams and individuals with their way of working through physiological safety and inclusion of everyone.
